💬 The Marrakech trip was my third with Nico. It exceeds my expectations. This trip was different from the other two trips. Nico organized this trip for the personal and professional growth of the trip-mates. I loved the sessions for my personal and professional growth.
- One tripmate was a physical and mental health coach. Almost every morning we had 20-30 minutes physical and stretching exercise sessions.
- Another tripmate was a leadership coach, and I received coaching sessions for my professional growth.
- Nico setup multiple sessions where each trip-mate has to share personal & career goals and get feedback & advice from other trip-mates.
As in previous trips, Nico managed our group and activities very well even . Few examples where Nico handled situations very well even when things didn't go as per his plan.
- As WIFI connectivity was not so good, Nico provided alternative solutions. He immediately arranged two personal routers that helped in making video calls. Additionally, a nearby café where WIFI connectivity was pretty good.
- Our trip to the Sahara desert was canceled due to bad weather. Nico quickly rearranged the plan and took us to the beach city where we had a lot of fun. He reorganized the Sahara desert for the next weekend and all of trip-mates managed to tour the desert.
All the trip-mates gel together within a few days and we felt like a family after a week. We had a lot of laughs and fun together. This shows that Nico understands each individual personality and screened trip-mate very well.
For the above reasons, I am planning to have more trips with Nico.

Already my 2nd trip with Nico and hopefully not the last one as I enjoyed my trip to Crete very much :) He is vet caring and considerate and tries to accommodate all the trip members' wishes as much as possible. He is also very good to bring everyone together and plan things. As I said, I'd travel again and again with him and would highly recommend you to do so!
Nico is a super kind and warmhearted tripleader who looks out for the hole group. He makes sure everything works and takes care of any issues regarding the house. Be also sure he will research the area for good trips and restaurants!
