Valencia is such a vibrant city and full of joyful atmosphere, just waiting for us to explore it. I’ve chosen this city as my home base in 2022 and will tell you from the bottom of my heart: it’s the best place to immerse yourself in Spanish culture, enjoy delicious tapas and entertaining nightlife, relax on the sunny beach, and make fantastic day trips to stunning places.
And best of all: I know all the secret insider spots, where we will enjoy ourselves like locals.😊

It’s a nice and warm September morning in Spain🌞 Waking up in your cozy room in our huge villa and the first view you get is a wide angle panorama over the beautiful wildlife garden. Amazing, right? Starting the day together with breakfast on the big terrasse, having nice conversations and doing some work from there or the pool area.
After (or even before?) you can enjoy a refreshing bath in the big pool - it’s fantastic in September! Exploring the old city center of Valencia or the futuristic buildings in the “Ciudad de las artes y sciencias”, having some spanish tapas, a glass of tasty wine or Sangía and of course we’ll taste the original “Paella Valenciana”🥘🍷 - if you’re interested we also can join a cooking class to learn the secrets of the Paella. Do you love dancing? Well, I know many clubs where we can shake our bodies to some Salsa or Bachata 💃🏻

My name is Michaela, but from non-German speakers, I got used to being called just Mica and I really like this.😊
I’ve been considering myself as a self-employed part-time digital nomad for two years now, the same moment that I moved my homebase to charming Valencia. Originally I’m an Austrian mountain girl, but I feel much more connected to the southern Spanish mentality.
Travelling is my biggest passion. Backpacking, Vanlife, or citytrips - I love them all, because traveling opens up my mind and allows me to create amazing friendships all over the world.🌍
As I’m very talkative and open-minded, it’s easy for me to connect with new people. That is why I love bringing like-minded people together, it doesn’t matter if in business or private life.

14 inspiring days of joy and Spanish culture. Our huge villa offers the perfect environment to relax and at the same time to be productive. You’ll enjoy a heart-warming company of like-minded people, exchange ideas, motivation, intercultural stories and many more.
It’s the perfect place to relax and work efficiently, but close enough to Valencia's city center to experience at any time traditional Spanish city vibes.
🏠Our accommodation:
As the villa is equipped with a fast internet connection, all trip mates can work comfortably at the same time. To work we’ll have plenty of space in the living room, the terrasse, the garden, the pool and in the rooms.
The villa offers five comfortable rooms, three with two single beds and two with double beds and two bathrooms. A spacious, fully equipped kitchen allows us to prepare delicious dishes which we can enjoy on the terrasse or having a traditional Spanish BBQ in the garden.

The price includes the accommodation in a shared bedroom and unlimited use of the fast internet. If you prefer a private room, please let me know, we have the possibility.
Not to forget a hand selected group of coworkers to guarantee a lovely experience, which will make you feel very comfortable and surrounded by friends.
As my homebase is in Valencia, I’ll set up for you a trip itinerary with the best hidden gems and I can organize many things if we need something extra.
Additional costs as grocery, car rental, excursions, etc. will be shared fairly using the app Splitwise.
Regarding the excursions and stops, we’ll choose together where to go once we have all arrived in the apartment. The above-mentioned are just my suggestions to show you our possibilities.

This city, which I’ve chosen to be my hometown, is a cultural hidden gem that is waiting for us to be discovered. As a local, I’ll guide you through the marvelous historic city center and show you impressive buildings such as the Valencia Cathedral, the Central Market, and the Silk Exchange.
My special extra: leading you to the most impressive view spots where you have an amazing panoramic view over the city.
After this city walk we deserve a delicious Tapas Meal and tasting some typical drinks such as Sangría and Agua de Valencia.

Have you already spotted these futuristic buildings, designed by the well-known Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava?! We will discover these unique architectural wonders like the Hemisfèric - “eye to the world”, the Science Museum and the Palau de Arts - the biggest opera house in Europe, which impresses the observer with its floating roof sail.
Inside the spherical Hemisfèric, we have the chance to see a short movie in full dome perspective.
In September it’s also a funny pastime to paddle by boat or electrical SUP in the big water basins in between the buildings or enjoying a typical refreshing Horchata by relaxing in the green park on the edge of the art city.
The Albufera is a natural park in the south of Valencia - just where our beautiful apartment is situated and it is very important for the local rice production and natural environment. On this captivating boat tour, we will discover the rich history of rice cultivation, essential to the region’s gastronomy, as a local guide shares insights into the origins of Paella Valenciana. Enjoying breathtaking views of the vast rice fields and diverse bird species is making this tour a perfect blend of nature and culture.

The most typical dish in Valencia is the Paella and guess what: its main ingredient is rice. We can join a hands-on cooking class in Valencia to master the art of making Paella Valenciana. Guided by expert local chefs, we'll select fresh ingredients from a traditional market, learn authentic cooking techniques, and uncover the rich history behind this iconic dish. Finally, we’ll savor our delicious creation and enjoy an immersive and flavorful culinary experience.

This will be a memorable day trip, exploring the majestic Xativa Castle, one of Valencia’s most stunning historic fortresses. Wandering through ancient halls and taking in breathtaking views from the castle's heights.
After immersing ourselves in the rich history and captivating stories of Xativa, we’ll head to one of the region’s beautiful beaches to relax and unwind. Enjoying the golden sands and soothing waves as we watch the sunset, providing the perfect ending to a perfect day.
This will be an unforgettable adventure! We can join an extraordinary boat ride through Europe’s only navigable underground river. Marveling at the stunning stalactites and stalagmites as gliding through crystal-clear waters in a serene, otherworldly setting. This unique experience offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and thrilling exploration, making it a must-see highlight of our trip.
