I like to say that I’ve been travelling since before I was even born. My mum passed her love of exploring on to me when I was still a fetus.
By the time I turned eighteen, I had already wandered through Turkey, Greece, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Morocco, Egypt, Thailand, South Africa, Botswana, Namibia and Zimbabwe. At fifteen, I had my first real taste of living abroad during a nine-month exchange in Cape Town, a place that still feels like a second home to me. Today, I live what many call the digital nomad’s dream, moving between Cape Town, European van life, and new destinations every year, while working as an online health and Ikigai coach and hosting holistic retreats.
